About the event
Through this sound bath, you will have an opportunity to embark on a powerful meditative journey that transforms consciousness, heal the mind, and calm the body. Regardless of your meditation experience, our sound meditations are powerful enough to place even the most anxious minds into a meditative state.
We use a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls , tuning forks, and more to create a sound healing experience that will leave you feeling recharged and refreshed.
Our evening includes an introduction to meditation and mindfulness, a 45 minute guided sound bath meditation, and a closing ceremony to integrate your journey.
